Counsel for DH has made a statement that he has received Rs.30,827/- from the JD and now nothing is due and he does not want to proceed further with this execution petition and same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of the DH, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
