Pahlad Vs. OIC                EA 82 of 2015

Present:        None for DH.

                        Sh. Balbir Sharma, Advocate for JD.

          Counsel for the JD has stated that they have paid full and final payment to the DH Pahlad Singh S/o Changi Ram who had issued a receipt to this effect which is placed on record and prayed that execution petition may kindly be dismissed being fully satisfied.

          I have gone  through the receipt vide which Rs 1,15,904/- has been paid through DD no. 334522 dated 04.03.2020 of Punjab National Bank as full and final settlement  of the execution petition. Nothing payment is due against the insurance company.

           Despite case called several times since morning. None turn up on behalf of DH. It is 3:30 PM. No further wait is justified.

         As there is no dispute regarding the payment of decreetal amount to the DH and in view of the same execution petition stands dismissed being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
