Present : Shri Paras Jain, Son/AR of complainant Shri Mahesh Chand Jain

 

Shri Paras Jain, Son/AR of the complainant submits that his father Shri Mahesh Chand Jain is admitted in the hospital under Dialysis and he is unable to attend this Forum. 

On the last date of hearing, counsel for OP Shri Amit Kumar Mittal stated that he has no objection if the cheque bearing no. 001732 of Rs. 5,25,000/- dated 29.01.2021, drawn on HDFC Bank, Delhi, is handed over to the AR on filing of Indemnity Bond.  AR on behalf of complainant filed Indemnity Bond dated 15.02.2021 in the name of this Commission.

AR on behalf of complainant also give separate statement/acknowledgement/ receipt on the photocopy of the cheque and stated on behalf of complainant that the complainant is fully satisfied (UPA) of the order dated 07.10.2020, passed in FA No. 26/17 by the Hon’ble State Commission, Delhi.  Original cheque is handed over to Shri Paras Jain, Son/AR of the complainant. 

Next date i.e. 19.02.2021 and 12.03.2021 is hereby cancelled.

Execution is fully satisfied and the file be consigned to Record Room.
