                   File put up today on an application moved by counsel for complainant. Counsel for OP No. 1 made a statement that matter has been compromised with the complainant and they are ready to pay a sum of Rs. 240000/- in equal share to both the complainants namely Jail Lal and Lajwanti as crop insurance claim of Kharif 2019 before 28.03.2024 by way of cheque/RTGS. Counsel for complainant also made a statement that the statement made by counsel for OP No. 1 is acceptable to him and OP No. 1 may be bound by statement of counsel for OP No. 1 and case may be disposed of accordingly.  In view of the statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised and OP No. 1 shall pay the above said amount of Rs. 240000/- to the complainants in equal shares before 28.03.2024 and in default the complainants shall be entitled to interest @ 6 % per annum on the above said amount of Rs.  240000/- and also pay a composite compensation of Rs. 25000/- for harassment and delay in payment and Rs. 10000/- as litigation expenses from OP No. 1 from the date of this order till actual realization. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost as per rule. File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
