M/s Shree Nath Ji Ply vs. OIC

Ex. No. 61 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. S.C.Jindal, Advocate, counsel for DH.

              Sh. Abhash AM OIC on behalf of JDs.

 

                        Sh. Abhash, Assistant Manager, appeared on behalf of JDs and made a statement that he has tendered a cheque bearing No. 025663 dated 08.08.2016 amounting to Rs. 16981/- in favour of DH as full and final payment. He further stated that the execution petition may be filed.

                        On the other hand, counsel for the DH made a statement that he has received the balance payment of Rs. 16981/- vide cheque No. 025663 dated 08.08.2016 payable at Bank of India as full and final payment. As such, he withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present execution petition stands disposed of being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
