          The applicant-DH has filed this application for releasing the amount of Rs.315364/- which was deposited by the JD-OIC vide cheque No.027026, dated 14.8.2018. In view of the order dated 2.8.2018 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission and the directions issued by the Hon’ble State Commission the JD has deposited the above said amount.   

          Report of Accountant perused.  Heard.  In view of the contents of application as well as order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, the Accountant of this Forum is directed to release the payment of Rs.315364/- to the DH-applicant subject to furnishing surety bond, proper verification, receipt and identification etc.   The execution and application stands disposed of.  File be consigned to the record-room.
