Today, the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated the cheque of Rs. 70,000/- issued by the opposite parties to me on the last date of hearing has been encashed. Now nothing is due towards the opposite parties of the complainant. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
