Date-20/11/2015.

Today is fixed for judgement but considering the entire case record it is found that complainant already settled the matter with ops and received entire amount of Rs.4900/- wide cheque No.001614 dt. 03/09/2015 and returned the defective mobile to the op and submitted a written declaration that he is satisfied about  out of Court settlement and he has no further grievance against ops and also no complaint and it was submitted on 09/09/2015 by signing but it is suppressed by the complainant.

Considering the above factual aspect . We are of view that there is no scope to pass any judgement but order may be passed on the basis of the settlement as made by the parties.

Hence, Ordered that the complaint be and same is disposed of on out of court settlement dt. 09/09/2015 and as per declaration of the complainant dt. 09/09/2015 which is made part of this order.
