Learned counsel for the complainant submits, on instructions, that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the opposite party confirms, on instructions. 3. No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant further submits, on instructions, that the complainant wishes to withdraw its complaint. 5. The instant consumer complaint no. 693 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the complaint and to their learned counsel within three days from today.
