ORDER

1.       This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. The opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. When the case came up for consideration today, the parties to the dispute submitted that the matter is amicably settled out of Court and the complainant is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. As per the settlement the opposite party was agreed to pay Rs.50,000/- to the complainant in four installments starting from August 2022 in between first and fifth of each month. A compromise petition signed by both parties has also produced. The compromise petition by the parties to the dispute is accepted and recorded. In view of the compromise arrived at between is parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be disposed as settled.

          In the result, the complaint is disposed as settled. A compromise petition signed by both parties will form part of this order. There will be no order as to costs.

         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
