Ld. counsel for the Judgment Debtor/ respondent contended that initially the complaint filed by Amandeep Kaur was allowed by the District Forum and appeal filed against said order was also dismissed by the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and thereafter Judgment Debtor/ respondent filed Review Petition in the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi. He contended that though the Hon’ble National Commission observed the order in favour of the Judgment Debtor / respondent but due to clerical mistake, it was mentioned that revision petition has been dismissed and thereupon Review Petition was filed, which was allowed vide order dated 21.1.2016 by the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi and was ordered that Revision Petition is allowed and impugned order is set aside and complaint is dismissed and as such, execution cannot proceed further.
Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of decree holder/ complainant. It is 2.25 P.M. Let case be again called after some time.
