For the Opposite Parties.                  Sh. Sandeep Khanna Advocate

          That on 9.12.2020 the Ld. counsel for the opposite parties has made the following statement

“Stated that the claim / refund in question is to be processed after verification of certain documents clarifications as mentioned in letter dated 25.9.2019 which is placed on record today. On receipt of the said documents mentioned in the application dated 25.9.2019 and after clarification of the quarries raised therein, the opposite party shall decide the claim on merits within a period of 45 days subject to terms and conditions of the policy in question.”

          Today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that in view of the statement dated 9.12.2019 suffered by Sh. Sandeep Khanna Ld. counsel for the opposite parties, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant with liberty to file fresh complaint in case of repudiation of claim in question of the complainant, by the opposite parties. The present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of ibid statements, the complainant is directed to approach the opposite parties within one month from today for verification of certain documents, clarifications and submitting the documents as mentioned in letter dated 25.9.2019. Thereafter, the opposite parties are directed to decide the claim on merits within a period of 45 days and in case of failure on the part of the opposite parties the claim case of the complainant deemed to have been accepted.     

In view of the ibid statements the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
