                   Sh.Rajesh Sharma, Adv. for opposite party.

                   File put up today on the application  of ld. counsel for the complainant. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant and they will make the payment of Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) to the complainant within one month from the date when the complainant will provide the bank account detail. Further submitted that bank detail received.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly. Copy of bank detail has been provided to the opposite party.          

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled with direction to the opposite party to pay the amount of Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand only) to the complainant within one month failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realisation.  Bank detail has been provided to the opposite party.

          Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
