Ld. Advocate for the Appellant is present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/770/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Appellant has prayed for withdrawal of the statutory deposit made at the time of filing the Appeal.  Heard the Ld. Advocate.  Perused the materials on records.  It appears that the Appeal was disposed of setting aside the impugned judgment and order.  Under the circumstances, the Appellant is at liberty to withdraw the statutory deposit made at the time of filing the Appeal.  The Appellant may approach the Registrar of this Commission for the purpose.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
