ORDER
No step from the side of the complainant.
Today was fixed for hearing on admission. On earlier occasion also the complainant was absent on the date of hearing on admission, inspite that another chance was given to the complainant for admission hearing. But today also no step from the side of the complainant. The conduct of the complainant shows that they are not interested to proceed further with the case.
We have perused the complaint petition as well as supported documents.
From the complaint it appears that the complainant is neither Central Government, State Government nor a Registered Voluntary Organization authorized to file complaint on behalf of consumer. 'Tripura Board of Secondary Education' represented by its Secretary filed the complaint claiming to be a consumer itself. From the facts which is enumerated in the complaint we find that it is a case of breach of contract only and the complaint does not relates to any defects of the goods or in deficiency of service.
As per complaint petition the opposite parties failed to supply the goods which is purely a Civil liability for which the remedies lies elsewhere. It is not a consumer dispute as there are no allegation of any defect of goods or deficiency of service. Hence we find no materials for admission of the complaint.
Accordingly the complaint is dismissed.
