Today , Dr. Ajay Bibra , MDS on behalf of OPs No.1 to 3 appeared and suffered a statement that he is ready to settle the matter with complainant . Upper teeth will be repaired in one week time and the final teeth will be delivered after four months . Once the healing is completed . Lower implant will be placed within two weeks and the tooth will be fixed three month later .. Also the counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he is fully satisfied with the statement of Dr. Ajay Bibra , MDS on behalf of OPs No.1 to 3 and he wants that the matter will be settled by OPs within four months as the complainant is a senior citizen and if the OPs fail to settle the matter within four months , then the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action . So , in view of the statement suffered by the Doctor on behalf of OPs No.1 to 3 as well as counsel for the complainant , the pre complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the condition that if OPs fail to settle the matter within stipulated time , then the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action .
