Order pronounced in the open court. In the result therefore, the complainant is allowed and all the OPs are jointly and severally liable in the instance case. The OPs are directed to collect the defective TV from the complainant’s house at their own cost and after doing the perfect repair to the TV it shall to be handed over to the Complainant with an acknowledgement obtained from complainant. OPs are further directed to pay Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only towards compensation for mental agony and harassment and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) only towards legal expenses to complainant. Time of compliance of this order is 45 days from this date of receipt of this order. Original order copy attached with case record separately.
