          This is a complaint filed under section 11 and  12  of the  Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for  directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- towards compensation for mental agony;  to  return the excess amount of Rs.170/- collected from the complainant, to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- towards cost of notice issued to opposite parties and for cost of this complaint. 

            2. Notice was served to the opposite parties.  Reply version filed by both the opposite parties.  Since the complainant did not appear before this Forum and give evidence, the complainant's side evidence was closed. The first opposite party was examined as RW1 and Exs.R1 to R7 were marked.  Hence, the  matter was posted for cross-examination of first Opposite Party/RW1 by complainant.

3. Today this case was called.  Complainant and his Counsel absent.  No representation made for more than five months.  No interest shown by the petitioner to proceed the matter.  Enough chance given to both the parties.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
