ORDER

     Parties have compromised the matter. Statement of counsel for complainant recorded on the complaint itself. Per statement made, a sum of Rs.2100/- paid to the counsel for complainant by counsel for OP No.2 and counsel for complainant withdraws this complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
