Complainant is absent and no steps taken on her behalf.it is seen that since the date of filing the complainant rewired absent and did not removed the defects pointed out in the office note specially the fee preserved in the C.P Act for filing of complainant through in the mean time preserved time unit for admission of the case already  been over,in such situation the case is  and hence not admitted as fee for filing of complainant not paud by the complainant.
