Complainant Shri Pulak Kanti Bhowmik appeared with an application to withdrawn the case as Both the parties amicably solved the problem internally and also the Noth East Small Finance Bank also submitted an application for closure of case No. CC/5/2023 as both the parties resolved the matters and also stated that the complainant is satisfied with the resolution of the bank and also the complainant has submitted a self-declaration of satisfactory resolution before the bank.

        Therefore the case stand disposed off.
