Since morning despite repeated calls neither complainant nor his counsel appeared. The present complaint filed on 17.01.2023. The commission raises query with regard to locus-standi of the complainant and directed to file registration certificate of motorcycle because the booking voucher received was shown in the name of Mustkem Alam. Time was granted. Today neither complainant appeared nor counsel nor any document filed. No document produced by complainant to show that he is the owner of motorcycle, therefore, complainant has no locus-standi to file the present complaint. Therefore, present complaint is dismissed.
