Complainant is absent. None present on his behalf.

          Perused the record on perusal of record, it transpires that three opportunities have been provided to complainant  to hear on the  point of  admission, but he is regularly absent after filing of the complaint petition.  In beginning  line of complaint petition, it has been mentioned that, commercial electricity connection was taken by him on 27-07-2014. The connection is of commercial in nature and as such the complainant does not come under the purview  of ‘Consumer’ as defined in section 2 (1)  (d ) of Consumer Protection Act. In the circumstances this complaint petition is not maintainable  and dismissed at admission stage, itself.
