Perused the record.

The Applicant/JD No. 5 in Ex. Appl. Nos. 3 and 5 of 2014 before the North Goa District Forum seek to recall the NBW issued against her.

Admittedly, the said NBW has been issued by the District Forum and not by this Commission. Application to recall the said NBW made by the DHs on 22/05/2014 is pending. Likewise another application made by the Applicant/JD No. 5 on 02/06/2014, is also pending. The said applications are required to be considered and decided at the first instance by the Lr. District Forum and not by this Commission snd in the event any order is passed adversely against the Applicant/JD No. 5 then only JD No. 5 would be entitled to approach this Commission and challenge the same.

In the circumstances, we direct the Lr. District Forum to dispose off the said applications dated 22/05/2014 and 02/06/2014 as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. We expect the Lr. District Forum to dispose off the said applications today itself, considering the facts stated by the Applicant/JD No. 5 in the applications under consideration.

With the above observations and directions, the applications dated 05/06/2014 shall stand disposed off.
