Today, learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia on behalf of the appellants; learned counsel Sh. Rajesh Kumar Devliyal on behalf of respondent No. 1 and learned counsel Sh. Vikrant Gambhir on behalf of respondent No. 2, have appeared.

A compromise dated 30.09.2024 (Paper Nos. 54 & 55) has been submitted on behalf of the parties and it has been stated that the appeal be decided on the basis of the said compromise.  The compromise has duly been signed by learned counsel for the parties, hence it is hereby accepted.

The compromise be kept on record.

As the compromise submitted on behalf of the parties has been accepted on record, hence the appeal is hereby decided in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of the order / decree.  The parties shall bear their own costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
