Seen petition No 21 dated 05.12.2019 filed by Complainant Smti Ibanda Pynhun Syiemlieh. She informed this Forum that the Opposite Party has updated the software and has also solved the problem of excess black smoke from the vehicle. In view of the above and more particularly since the Complainant herself desires to withdraw the instant case, this Forum is of the opinion that there is no point to persue with the case as hence case stands disposed off on withdrawal.
