 Complainant is absent on call. No step taken on his behalf to proceed with the hearing on admission. Perused the complainant petition and material available on record. It appears from the complainant petition that, the grievance of the complainant is based on personal contract and does not disclose any deficiency in service. Hence the case is not admissible under the  C.P. Act.

                                      Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed as not admitted.
