ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.8,000/- together with interest at 12% p.a. from 9.6.97 from the respondent together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.8,000/- to the complainant together with interest at 12% p.a. from 9.6.97 till the date of payment, together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within two months from the date the receipt of the copy of this judgement, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. The complaint regarding the claim of rebate from the Karnataka Electricity Board is dismissed. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.
