ORDER

Present:         Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma counsel for DH

                        Shri Amit Nahta on behalf of JD1

In pursuance of the NBW issued to OP a cheque of Rs.31000/- vide no. 054820 dated 6.7.2022 drawn on HDFC Bank in the name of complainant received in the Commission which was execution amount.  Therefore, NBW against JD is cancelled. Office is directed to hand over the above said cheque to DH under due receipt. Order be given DASTI to both the parties.

Matter is disposed off as complied.
