          1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. Second opposite party entered appearance and filed version. Opposite parties 1 & 3 though appeared, not filed version and hence on 12.02.2020 opposite parties 1 & 3 were called absent and set exparte. As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this complaint. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant was absent. The notice issued to the complainant by this Commission is served on the complainant. Inspite of accepting the notice, the complainant failed to appear before this Commission to further proceed with this complaint. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

              In the result, complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

              A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
