Stated that I have deposited the cheuqe No.139805 dt.11.1.10 for Rs.20,000/- as per order dt.22.10.09 passed by this Forum against the original job sheet which is in the custody of complainant upto date. Statement of Sh.Arun Garg son of Sh.Gulzar Chand Garg,aged about 36 years Resident of 1518,Street No.2,New Basti,Bathinda,complainant on oath alongwith his counsel Sh.G.S.Bhasin W.O. Stated that I have received above cheque No.139805 dst.11.1.10 for Rs.20,000/- as per order dt.22.10.09 and I may be allowed to withdraw the complaint as satisfied.I have also submited the original job sheet of said mobile set to Sh.Sukhdev Milttal,counsel for opposite party.
