Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned State Commission vide impugned order dated 26-04-2013 dismissed appeal of the petitioner on the ground of absence as well for non-filing addresses of Respondents No. 1 to 3. Perusal of the revision petition reveals that on number of occasions petitioner has not filed correct addresses of Respondents No. 1 to 3 and application for service on Respondents No. 1 to 3 through counsel has been filed, which has been declined by the State Commission. As appeal has been dismissed in default, we deem it proper to allow this revision petition and restore the appeal. 3. Consequently, revision petition filed by the petitioner is allowed and impugned order dated 26-04-2013 passed by learned State Commission in First Appeal No. 256/2012 is set aside, subject to depositing Rs.5,000/- as cost to be deposited with the State Commission, within four weeks and appeal is restored at its original number. Revision petition is accordingly disposed of. 4. Petitioner is directed to appear before the State Commission on 29-08-2013.
