Both parties present. Complainant personally appeared for the case. Opposite Party represented by Ms Mina Jyrwa, Manager of Nokia Customer Centre. OP has submitted a new handset as replacement and handed over to the complainant. Complainant has also handed over the old handset along with accessories to the OP. Complainant has duly check the handset and satisfied and prays for disposal of the case. Case disposed off accordingly.
