                        Case taken up at 3.30 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also complainant has not put in appearance.  Perusal of file reveals that the case is fixed for exparte evidence of complainant and he has availed two effective opportunities to tender evidence. As such, it is presumed that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
