Present:       Sh.Ketan Chouhan complainant in person alongwith counsel Sh.Hari

       Om Jindal, Advocate.

       Sh.Dharampal, Proprietor of M/s Ashish Electronics/OP2.

                   Sh.Dharmpal, Prop. M/s Ashish Electronics has come present and has suffered a statement that he is handing over the nokia mobile model E71 bearing IMEI no.359357039296836, which is in working condition with warranty of six months (except physical damage and water lodge. In case any defect found in the said mobile set, then we will repair it free of cost. Against the said mobile, he has received nokia mobile model E71 bearing IMEI no.354856049294918 from the complainant.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Ketan Chouhan has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Proprietor of Ashish Electronics the same is correct. As such, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdraw. In case, any fault occurred in the set, which he has received today, then he reserves his right to file fresh complaint.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, in case any fault occurred in the mobile set, which he has received today. File be consigned to record room.
