The matter has been settled between the parties amicably. Learned counsel of complainant has made a statement that they the metter has been compromised with the opposite parties and he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
