3)         Thereafter, the Advocate Shri. R.S. Darandale appeared for the Opposite Party No.1 and Smt. Archana Mekal, the Ld.Advocate for the Opposite Party No.2. However, they did not file theirwritten argument.The Complainant has filed his written argument.  

4)            We therefore, find that what is the exact deficiency on the part of Opposite Parties is not proved by the Complainant. +as claimed in the complaint.
