Nokia Dealer Three Vee Marketing (P) Ltd. SCO 1028-1029, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh. - Opposite Parties Present: Complainant in person. Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP No.2. None for OP No.1 & 3. Dated, the 21st day of January, 2011. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP No.2. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 will refund the invoice amount of Rs.13,500/- to the complainant within a week from today i.e. 21.1.2011. Statement of Sh.Anthony Raj son of Shri Yuda Thadeus, Complainant in person. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP No.2. I will handover the old mobile handset in question with accessories to OP No.2 at the time of receiving the invoice amount of Rs.13,500/-.” 2. Keeping in view the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. However, OP No.2 would refund the invoice amount of Rs.13,500/- to the complainant within a week from today i.e. 21.1.2011. The complainant would handover the old mobile handset in question with accessories to OP No.2 at the time of receiving the invoice amount of Rs.13,500/-. 3.
