ORDER

The complaitn is allowed. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to give a mobile set the same brand the complainant has purchased before of Rs.10,679/- or complainant's choice of mobile set within 30 days to the complainant. If mobile set is differ from the above amount both parties shall bear that amount. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to pay Rs.1,000/- towards mental agony and to pay Rs.500/- as cost of this proceedings. GIve a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
