Statement of Sh.Sukhdev Mittal,counsel for the opposite party No.1. Stated that opposite party No.1 is ready make the payment of Rs.1350/- (Rupees One Thousand and Three Hundred and Fifty only) for mobile set in question which was purchased on 29.01.2009 within 30 days from today against old mobile set in question. The amount will be deposit in the shape of cheque in the Forum in the name of complainant. RO&AC Member Member President, D.C.F. 9.11.09. Statement of Sh.Pritam Singh,counsel for the complainant W.O. Stated that I accept the offer of opposite party No.1 as stated by Sh.Sukhdev Milttal,counsel for opposite party No.1, on behalf of the complainant. In view of the statement of Sh.Sukhdev Mittal, I may kindly be allow to withdraw the complaint. I shall deliver the old mobile set to opposite party No.1 through their counsel at same time.
