ORDER

08-10-2009 Present : Sh. Ashok Gupta, counsel for the complainant Sh. Sukhdev Mittal, counsel for opposite party No. 1. Sh.G.S.Bhasin, counsel for opposite party No. 2 The case has been taken up for consideration on the request of the parties. Sh. Sukhdev Mittal, learned counsel for opposite party No. 1 made a statement that he has been instructed by opposite party No. 1 to settle the dispute with the complainant on making payment of Rs. 7700/- in lump-sum as full and final payment of the claim if it is accepted to the complainant. Sh. Ashok Gupta, learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has been authorised by the complainant to accept the offer of counsel for opposite party No. 1 . The statements of both the counsel in this respect are recorded separately. Taking into consideration the statement made by learned counsel for opposite party No. 1 as well as counsel for the complainant, the dispute between the parties stands resolved as the officer of opposite party No. 1 for making payment of Rs. 7700/- as full and final payment has been accepted by the counsel for the complainant. Opposite party No. 1 is accordingly directed to make payment of the above referred amount in the form of demand draft to the complainant before this Forum on 23-10-2009 and the complainant is directed to hand over the mobile hand set in dispute, to the counsel for opposite party No. 1 at the same time. Accordingly, this complaint stands disposed of. File be consigned. Member President
