ORDER

25-09-2009 Present :Sh. Sanjay Goyal, counsel for the complainant Sh. Sukhdev Mittal, counsel for opposite party No 1 Opposite parties No. 2 & 3 exparte The matter has been taken up for amicable settlement as opposite party No. 1 has sent E-mail dated 26-08-2009 to their counsel for moving an application for amicable settlement of this dispute. Accordingly, learned counsel for opposite party No. 1 Sh. Sukhdev Mittal, has moved an application for amicable settlement and offered on behalf of opposite party No. 1 to replace the set N-91 with a new set with Model E-63 within four weeks as full and final settlement of complainant's claim. The complainant appeared before this Forum alongwith his counsel Sh. Sanjay Goyal and he made a statement that offer made by opposite party No. 1 vide application filed before this Forum on 24-09-2009 is acceptable to him. His complaint may be decided accordingly. In this view of the matter, opposite party No. 1 is directed to hand over the new mobile hand set E-63 alongwith its warranty etc., to the complainant before this Forum on 26-10-2009. This complaint accordingly stands disposed of and the file be consigned. Member President
