4.W.S.Retail Services Pvt.Ltd.Khasra No.436, Road No.4m Lal /Dora Extension, Mahipalpur, New Delhi ,India through its Manager.

                        Sh.Sachin Kumar, Engineer for Opposite Parties No.1,3 and 4.

                        Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite Party no.2.

 ORDER:

 

                    The complaint be registered.

 2.               Sh.Sachin Kumar Engineer of Opposite Parties No.1,3 and 4 made statement that Opposite Parties are ready to replace the mobile phone of the complainant with a new one within a period of twenty days from the date of deposit of old mobile phone with the Opposite parties by the complaint. Thereafter, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Their statements have been recorded separately.

3.                     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn However, parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
