Order dated 15.01.2009<br /> <br /> ORDER<br /> <br /> Sri K.N. Shetty, Advocate files vakalath for opposite party No. 1. The representative of opposite party No. 3 is present and he filed Memo stating that as per the customer’s request they are issuing a brand new box piece of Model E-65. Along with memo the opposite party representative produced the mobile handset box to be delivered to the complainant. The complainant has also in the request sought for replacement and delivery of new handset of Nokia E-65. Therefore, the prayer of the complainant has been met. The matter has been settled. The opposite parties are appreciated for attending the grievances of the complainant promptly. So in view of the handing over of brand new set the complaint deserves to be disposed off. The complainant is not present today. The office is directed to keep the brand new box in safe custody to be delivered to the complainant after notice to him. In the result I pass the following:<br /> ORDER<br /> 1. The complainant is allowed. The office is directed to handover the brand new mobile box to the complainant on his appearance and office is directed to issue notice to the complainant to appear and receive the box.<br /> 2.
