Today the case is posted for evidence of the complainant. Complainant absent today and no representation. Opposite party also absent. So many adjournments granted to the complainant to appear before the Commission and to adduce evidence. Finally the Commission issued notice to the complainant on 25/05/2022 to appear and to adduce evidence if any. The said notice was served on 28/05/2022 by one Remani K.C. But nobody appeared for the complainant. No evidence adduced by the complainant. Hence the case is dismissed as ‘default’ of the complainant.
