          None is present for the appellant. The notices issued by this Commission to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been duly served to them as seen from the acknowledgments received. None appeared for the appellant on last three dates, that is on 10/03/2016, 28/06/2016 and 19/09/2016. Thereafter on 21/11/2016 the Board was discharged as time was over. The appeal is thus listed today. As none appeared for the appellant as above on aforesaid dates,  the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Appeal be recalled at the end of board for appropriate order.

          The appeal is recalled at the end of Board. Presently also none appeared for the appellant though last chance was given  to the appellant  on 19/09/2016 by this Commission to supply two sets of appeal compilation. But the said direction is also not complied and appellant also remained absent on last above three dates and today. Hence appeal is dismissed  in default.
