The case is taken up for hearing on compromise.

Both the parties are present with their respective Ld. Lawyers. Perused the compromise petition. Hd. both side. Considered.

It is found that the O.P has already paid the demanded amount of the complainant through his Bank Account being S/B. A/C. No. 99015 of P.N.B Bank.

A Xeroxed copy of the Bank pass book showing the transferred amount be filed.

Accordingly the case is disposed of on compromise.

 

                      Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
