Navjot Kaur Sidhu Versus Nodal Officer, Vodafone Pvt.Ltd. & Ors

Present:- Complainant in Person.

Sh.K.K.Arora, Advocate Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2.

Parties have compromised. Today statement of Sh.K.K.Arora, Advocate Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 recorded that the OPs are ready to settle the matter provided the Complainant makes the payment of 50% of the total outstanding Rs.16,085/-. The Complainant will be re-allotted the said Mobile Number 9780300776 after she completes the formalities by filling customer agreement form afresh in the Vodafone Store at Jalandhar. The amount of said 50% outstanding i.e. amounting to Rs.8,050/- will be deposited by her in the said Vodafone Store and she will be allotted again the said Mobile Number. The Cheque bearing No.089245 dated 19.02.2021 amounting to Rs.6,000/- issued by the Complainant in favour of OPs will not be used against her in future as the amount of compromise stands adjusted towards the said cheque amount as well.

Similarly, Statement of Mrs. Navjot Kaur Sidhu, Complainant in Person recorded that she has heard the statement of Counsel for the OPs and in view of the statement which is ture and correct and she hereby withdraw the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 and the Complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. Parties shall remain bound made by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
