ORDER

Heard the complaint who is in person. This complaint is filed by the complainant against the Op aggrieved by billing method adopted by the Op and charging with an arrears of Rs.13,399/-. Admittedly this dispute has arisen out of the Tele Service and in view of the latest decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the dispute has to be raised before the Arbitrator U/S 7 of the Telegraphs Act and this forum since has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint, complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission with liberty to the complainant to approach Arbitrator under the act.
