This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking  a sum of Rs.5,72,500/- towards compensation for metal agony suffered by the complainant.

Both the complainant and opposite party’s Counsel appeared in person and filed Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  Joint Compromise Memo and letter of the opposite party form part of the order / decree.
